Sara Keen is a Principal at Vantage Partners and a senior member of the Alliance Practice and the Healthcare Group at the firm. Over close to 20 years, Sara has worked with leading pharmaceutical, technology, and healthcare companies to improve their approach to and results from key strategic relationships. She has also worked extensively with clients on building processes and developing skills to more effectively manage differences and make decisions across internal divisions, functions and geographies.
Sara’s recent focus is on helping healthcare providers and payers improve how they select, structure, and manage key external partnerships and how they drive alignment, change, and innovation across clinical departments, core functions, and affiliated organizations.
Sara has contributed to a variety of publications on alliance management and is a co-author of Vantage’s study “Managing Alliances for Business Results: Lessons Learned from Leading Companies.” She has also spoken about alliance best practices at a number of conferences and events.
Sara received her B.A. in Asian Studies from Amherst College.
