At Vantage, we take our work very seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously.
We firmly believe that a great way to build rapport and a spirit of teamwork is to spend time together doing non-work things. So we have weekly snack times, recurring competitions, and an annual Fun Day.
We also feel very strongly about giving back. Our Volunteer committee provides opportunities for individuals to donate time, materials, and funds in support of various nonprofits, and our team members always participate with enthusiasm.
Vantage believes that differences make us stronger; we value diversity and encourage the open exchange of ideas and perspectives. Our Inclusivity working group strives to create an environment where everyone feels connected, seen and accepted.
