Customer Centricity
- Conducted a diagnostic process (including over 20 interviews and a survey distributed across the organization) to explore current challenges and skill gaps connected to a new strategic priority of becoming a more customer-centric organization
- Explored a variety of barriers to change before aligning on a multi-level, cross-functional training initiative to help to address key skill gaps across all levels in the organization
- Rolled out a multi-year training program to support individuals in developing a set of identified skills.

- Analyzed a competency model (including 15 behaviors), audience needs, and corporate strategy to develop curriculum
- Designed and delivered foundational and advanced level workshops to a global audience in multiple languages, to thousands of participants yearly to enhance skills (aligned to corporate culture framework and strategy)
- Realigned training materials to strategic priorities and participant feedback on a yearly basis
