Shifting to a Culture of
Customer Centricity 

  • Conducted a diagnostic process (including over 20 interviews and a survey distributed across the organization) to explore current challenges and skill gaps connected to a new strategic priority of becoming a more customer-centric organization
  • Explored a variety of barriers to change before aligning on a multi-level, cross-functional training initiative to help to address key skill gaps across all levels in the organization
  • Rolled out a multi-year training program to support individuals in developing a set of identified skills.

Fortune 10 Company’s Corporate-wide
Skill Development

  • Analyzed a competency model (including 15 behaviors), audience needs, and corporate strategy to develop curriculum
  • Designed and delivered foundational and advanced level workshops to a global audience in multiple languages, to thousands of participants yearly to enhance skills (aligned to corporate culture framework and strategy)
  • Realigned training materials to strategic priorities and participant feedback on a yearly basis

Upskilling High-Potential Leaders

  • Completed a gap analysis on skills and capabilities required of the R&D function’s future leaders
  • Identified a set of skills to address and crafted a blueprint learning strategy for this target audience’s development
  • Designed a custom development plan, including a blend of modes suited to the client’s learning culture and strategic objectives
